I really like the clothes and was happy with what I got, but the shipping cost was way too high. It kind of makes me not want to order online from them again.

I thought browsing would be quick and straightforward, and for the most part it is easy enough to find your way around. That said, the pages load slower than I expected, and the filters can be a little weird sometimes. It works, but it could definitely feel smoother...

I found what I was looking for, so overall it was a good experience. A few sizes were missing though, which was a little disappointing.

I had to send back a pair of jeans because the fit was off, and I was already annoyed because returns can be such a pain. I was expecting some confusing page, a bunch of extra steps, or some random issue with the label, but the return section was easy enough to find and I got the label printed without much trouble.

I dropped it off the next day and kept waiting for something to go wrong, but the refund actually came through faster than I thought it would. It was a relief not having to deal with customer service or chase anything down. Still wish the jeans had fit in the first place, but the return itself was painless.

I had a question about my order, and customer service got back to me quickly. I tend to notice how fast people respond more than every little detail, and on that part they did well. It wasn’t totally perfect, but they were helpful and got the issue fixed without making it a big hassle

I ordered this top hoping it would be comfy, but the fabric felt really itchy and stiff, like, I couldn’t even keep it on for more than a few minutes. Disappointing, definitely not something I’d want to wear again...

I usually just assume maurices is going to be a little pricey unless there’s a sale, so I wait it out. When the discounts hit, they’re good, especially on clearance. Some pieces still seem a bit high to me, but I’ve found a few good buys. I figured shipping might take forever during a sale, but it was actually fine. My only complaint is that sizes disappear fast, which I guess I should’ve expected.

I’m particular about how clothes should fit, especially with petite sizing, and these actually met my standards. They fit me really well without needing any adjustments, which almost never happens. I’m really happy with them.

I tried to exchange a pair of jeans for a different size, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The store told me one thing, then online support told me something completely different, so I just kept getting bounced around with no clear answer. Whoever runs this process really needs to fix it, because something simple ended up taking forever

I really do like a lot of the styles at Maurices, but the sizing has been kind of frustrating for me. I’ll buy one pair of jeans in my usual size and they fit perfectly, then I’ll get another pair in the exact same size and they feel way tighter. It’s just inconsistent. The shirts are usually fine, but even those can run bigger than expected sometimes. It’s not a bad place to shop, I just wish the fit was more accurate and predictable because the sizing being off gets annoying.

I got the email update, and the money was back in my account within a couple days. No hassle at all... really appreciated how smooth it was!!

I used to shop at Maurices all the time for plus size clothes, but lately I just haven’t been impressed. The cute pieces are either only available in smaller sizes or they sell out really fast, so the plus section ends up feeling like an afterthought. It’s frustrating to find something I like and then see it only goes up to an XL. Because of that, I don’t check their site or stores as much anymore

I’ve ordered from maurices a few times now, i’m blaming them for making it way too easy to keep coming back. My packages always show up when they say they will, and I haven’t had to deal with lost orders or random weird delays. It’s just been a smooth experience every time

I still haven’t received my package, which is frustrating. I’ve been checking the tracking more than I’d like to admit, and nothing has changed. Weirdly, I remember it said it was last scanned at like 3:17 AM, which stuck in my head for some reason. Hoping this gets sorted out soon.

I usually really like Maurices clothes, but honestly... ordering online wasn’t the best experience. My order took longer than it was supposed to, and I didn’t get much of an update until it finally shipped. Then one of the items got canceled after a few days, which was annoying since it said it was in stock when I bought it. Customer service was okay, I guess, but not really that helpful. I’ll probably just shop in the store next time

I kind of already had the feeling their styles lean more basic/classic, and after checking again, that pretty much confirmed it for me. The selection is fine, but I do wish they’d add more trendy pieces sometimes to keep things feeling fresh
