"Unsolicited emails."
Has been repeatedly sending me communications regarding their site/orders I never used/placed for some lass called 'Nikie' which started around the start of the COVID panic.
Absolutely zero support for over 2 years, continues to send automated emails, their 'STOP' response doesn't work at all.

"Anyone else notice that the jeans stains their shoes and other clothes even after being washes?"
I got two pairs of blue jeans. Stained my tennis shoes and other clothing even after being washed. I feel like the material is strong but bleeds.

"I placed an online order on 1/10/23 to…"
I placed an online order on 1/10/23 to be delivered to the store closest to me. On 1/17/23 I went back online to check the status, it showed items had been delivered to the store. Called store, they stated they had not received. Called Customer service, who also contacted store received same info. Representative the checked warehouse and the items I ordered were no longer available. Rep said the would issue refund. I noticed the charge was still listed on my February Maurices credit card statement so I called Comenity who gave my acct a provisional credit per investigation. On 3/14/23 they sent a letter stating they were charging my acct due to no communication from Maurices along with interest. On 3/19/23 I contacted Maurices Customer service and found the credit was never issued back in January, so credit was issued at that time supposedly!!!! I was told it would take 3 to 5 days for it to show on my acct. I spoke with a supervisor on the 5th day who said the charge of 58.63 plus the interest of 4.02 would be the by the end of day but he would send an expedite email to billing dept anyway. As of 3/27/23 they have credited my acct 85 cents

"The Store Manager at 2210 S. Tanger Blvd Suite 198 and her retaliation"
I've been loyal customer at Maurice's for years until the new store manager came in with her drama and retaliation. My daughter worked there for 5 months happy it was her first job and her way of supporting her 3 year old. But then Leanna comes to town she took my daughter off the schedule for two weeks for no reason. Leanna was the cause other workers left as well. My daughter decided to go look for another job bc she saw what Leanna was doing. As soon as she goes to find a job the other job calls Leanna is talking aggressively to my daughter new employer bc she was mad bc my daughter put her 2weeks notice in. Then the new boss tells my daughter how mean and nasty Leanna was on the phone to her because she was asking about her duties at Maurice's. So then my daughter get another job Leanna sees her and gives her ugly looks. So I went to go make a complaint to corporate about the store manager unprofessional behavior.This was a month ago. So I go to make a payment as I did for years in the store Leanna see me she all in my space asking me did I get a package did I need help etc when she knew who I was when I walked in the store. So I go around to get to the register and as I get to the register she continues to harass me. Not knowing she was on video on my phone the entire time. She continues to harass me and I told her if she continues I was goin to call corporate on her again. So she tell me to leave I said I come to make a payment she refuses to take it or allowed her employee to do as well. At this point I call corporate while in the store. I had an appointment so I had to leave it was 2:30 p.m not even 2hours later I get a phone call the police is at my house but they are asking for my daughter. I get home I'm banned and so is my daughter who wasn't even with me. So retaliation. Number one not taking my payment and retaliation number two calling the cops to my house.And for one my daughter no longer works for Maurice's so why do u still have her information when she left 4 months ago? Um yes that is against company policies especially she didn't kno my daughter a month. She call the police like I destroy the store, I stole merchandise I assaulted her or cursed her. No. The only thing I did was asks her to take my payment and stop harassing me before I call corporate. I did my part the right way with proof to back my story up. But Leanna the store manager at Tanger Outlet in Gonzales La did hers with lies deceitfullness and retaliation bc she was tryna get away with hurting good loyal people. And I hope Maurice's investigate this situation to the fullest because I'm more than sure I'm not the first nor will I be the last that she does this to. But I'm gonna speak up not just on that corporate phone line but for others to speak out too in the reviews. I pay my credit card on time every month but what she did to deny me was wrong. But don't God saw what she did and he's goin to make sure she get exposed for ALL the retaliation she did to me and other innocent customers and employees.

"Promises, promises"
I placed an online order to be shipped to my store. Two of the items came in. I waited for the 3rd item to ship. I called and was promised it was going to ship in 24-48 hours and I'll receive an email. I was also given a $5 credit. Nothing. I called again and was promised once again that it will be shipped in 24-48 hours. Crickets. I called again after 2 weeks and asked for a refund. They said they processed a refund and it will show up on my credit card in 7-10 business days. Haven't seen the $5 credit or the refund and it's been almost 5 weeks. Long story short, I am no longer a customer. Beware!

"DON'T GET A MAURICES CREDIT CARD!"
I had a Maurices card for years. I lost my job and couldn't pay the balance, so a collection agency, per Commenity Bank, started calling threatening and harassing me to pay or they would take me to court. I had to borrow money from a friend to pay the balance. I received a letter from the collection agency stating I was PAID IN FULL. I am STILL getting calls, from different collection companies saying I have NOT paid Maurices, and this has been going on for 3-1/2 YEARS! I fax them PROOF of payment (letter from collection agency, proof that it was taken out if my checking account and paid to that collection agency, and copies of emails to and from that collection agency when the calls and harassment continued stating that my account IS paid in full). Then the calls stop, FOR A WHILE, but then they start up again! I don't know what else to do! This company has made my life miserable, and I will NEVER step foot in their store again, and I will continue to tell everyone I know how I have been treated and to not shop there and NEVER get one of their credit cards!

"Credit Card charges"
I paid my account in full and later figured out that there was a $9 fee for a payment applied yet that day... they never mentioned the $9 fee for that...which they then charged a late fee on for $6 when I had paid the balance in full.

Absolutely love the store & customer service at the Plymouth Indiana location. When I order online I have all items shipped there & shop in this store also. Always friendly & knowledgable employees.

"Poor customer service"
I've shopped with Maurices for many years and have always been treated with courtesy, no matter the location. The past three months, I"ve visited two stores, one in Rochester, MN and Decorah IA. Not one employee greeted me nor anyone else when entering the store. One employee was complaining about a previous customer. I understand that others 'actions can be annoying. It is unprofessional to share those negative comments when others can hear. Customers need to be recognized when entering the store. It may be the last time I visit or purchase items, as local boutiques value their customers.

"What the actual heck"
Ordered 2 pairs of Jean's and a top online. Did not receive a confirmation email.
Called and asked where my order was.
I was told it was being prepared for shipping.
2 days later my money was reimbursed. Nobody told me anything...just gave me my money back.
Ummm. Ok...whatever thanks
