What happened: The problem: Want to know when my * orders will arrive and if you received them
What happened: In October I placed an order with some rewards points and never received it. I noticed that I was not refunded the rewards points so contacted Maurices. They stated it would be ** days before the points would go back on my account. I messaged again in January as I had still not received them, they apologized and said they would get them to me soon. I do not think I have received them to date.

What happened: Today, **********, I made a return of some jeans that I had purchased as a Christmas gift. While reviewing the receipt, I noticed that the amount charged for the pants was $**.** but the price tag on the pants was $**.**.**The store did not have the next size up that I needed so I requested a return of my money. The sales clerk suggested that she could order them for me and that they would be delivered to the store. When she was entering my information in the system she found that the pants could only be delivered to my home address. I provided my name and address which she entered. We reviewed the order receipt together and I advised the sales clerk that my address was missing my Unit number and that my name was entered incorrectly as Mona Harps but should be Mona Parks. She tried to correct it in the system but she was not able to make the correction. Her manager came to the register and made a call to have address and name corrected. She told me that she would call me to let me know when the update was made.*When I mentioned that the price tag on the pants was not matching what I had been charged, the manager stated that they were under new management and there were changes that had been made. She told me that they had been instructed to attach stickers to the pants with the new price of $**.** but they must have missed some. Meanwhile, the cashier took the pants back to the sales rack with the incorrect price so another customer can purchase them with the "old" tag and not be happy as I am not.*Either this manager has not been trained well or is incompetent. *The store manager did leave me a voice message instructing me that when the pants order arrives by mail, I should call the delivery person and let them know of my correct address. *At this time due to such poor service and incorrect price tags, please cancel my order. It is beyond any experience I have had at any store such as Maurices and expected more.*MONA PARKS****-***-****
